Engineers often become the prime managers of change within a business. Having already obtained a technical
degree Or a General Degree young Graduates can speedily progress in their careers if they methodically study
the aspects of management.
Realizing this fact, JAYA PRAKASH NARAYAN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
established the department of MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION in 2006 with an intake of 60
students.
The department is headed by Dr. M.Madhu Mohan with vast Corporate and teaching
experience.
Three electives are being offered to prepare students to meet the market demands, viz.,
Finance, Human Resource Management, and Marketing.
Various activities like seminars, group
discussions, debates, case studies, Business quiz, Mock interviews and classroom participation form part of
the motivated diplomacy envisage for these escalating managers.
To become a leader in value based management education and contribute to National standards in business practices and research.

The students of postgraduate program in Master of Business Administration will have
